6 steps for a beautiful, healthy skin

How about we start with some skin care? All women know how important it is to take care of their body and here are some great advice that the beauty specialists are giving us. So if you want to have a beautiful skin, here is what you should do:

Exfoliate: the skin needs at least one exfoliation every week, so make sure you provide it. You can still use the winter cream but on your elbows or heels. To keep your skin healthy, use a hydrating cream every morning and every evening!

Use more vitamin C: this amazing ingredient works miracles for your body! Eat more foods that contain vitamin C and iron and you will see an improvement on your skin appearance. Vitamin C stimulates the synthesis of collagen, giving the skin a younger and brighter look.

A little tonic goes a long way: tonic solutions are designed to remove any trace of cleanser or makeup so it’s very important you use one. The skin will become shinny and will be nourished in no time! It’s a very important step in preparing your skin for a correct hydration. After using the tonic, you are ready to apply your face cream.

The right face mask: even though this treatment is highly effective, it should be chosen carefully. Before buying it, think about the problems that you have with your face. Clay masks for example or royal jelly, nourish and revitalize the skin very fast. Also make sure that the skin is the right one for you skin type. Use it every week for maximum results!

A face massage is a great alternative to the Botox injections or collagen treatments. After a cold season, our muscles get tense, so what better than a massage to take the pressure away?
