Walnuts: they are the less expensive, they taste great and have a consistent content of omega 3 fatty acids with strong anti-inflammatory qualities, that is able to reduce the effects of diseases such as asthma and arthritis. Nuts are good for the heart, but if you are on a diet you should know that they have a high number of calories (about 600 kcal per 100g). Eat nuts as a snack, about 2-3, after breakfast.
Almonds: they are rich in magnesium, potassium and vitamin E, contain good fats and sustaining the heart. A handful of almonds contains about 150 calories and provides about 25% of the RDA of magnesium for an adult. You can enjoy as such, but are excellent and as an ingredient in salads. It is said that 10 almonds a day provides you with a rich and healthy hair.
Peanuts: any option you choose peanuts are an excellent tonic for the body and especially the nervous system, and crunching them is of great help in times of physical and intellectual stress.
