Also, you should stay away from the detergents or other cleaning products that contain various chemicals that affect the skin, and the nails that are much more sensitive. Lemon juice and olive oil.
Just as your skin needs a mask so do your nails! Twice a week spoil them with a “treatment” on the basis of lemon juice and olive oil. A few drops of lemon juice mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil will do wonders on your nails, restoring their health and vitality. Apply the solution to the nails at night before bed and let it act during night. Once absorbed, olive oil will moisturize the nail, giving flexibility so they no longer break so easily. It can be easily said that lemon juice whitens nails and restore their lost shine!

Use the right products.
If you do your manicure alone, make sure you use the right products. Although acetone remove the nail polish effectively it also dries the nails, causing peeling and breaking them. Use, instead, a moisturizer without acetone solvent, less aggressive, providing a healthy cleaning to your nails. Also, before applying nail polish on the nails, use hardener varnish that besides the fact that strengthens, also stimulates the healthy growth of nails. Do not use thickened nail polish, older than 3 months and do not forget to disinfect utensils whenever your do your manicure.
