Here are the fruits and vegetables you should be eating this spring to clean your body!

Beet is a vegetable that contains nutrients and is a rich source of vitamin B3, B6, C, beta-carotene, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron. Beetroot helps the liver and bile to break down toxins and the fibers helps to eliminate them from your body. Red beets are eaten raw in salad with green leafy vegetables seasoned with lemon juice.

Lemon helps to improve digestion and vitamin C “melts” toxins which are then easily removed from the body. Another positive effect of lemons is that stimulates the liver.

The apple is a fruit that we can use in any season. It is rich in nutrients that stimulate the production of bile and helps the liver to remove toxins. The fiber in apples helps in cleaning the body everything that is bad!
