1. Tagliatelle with salmon and pomegranate
The ingredients are:

  • 250 g tagliatelle,
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 120 ml cooking cream,
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt

Cut the pomegranate into slices. Dip it in a pot with water and remove the grains. Separately, finely cut onions and cook it in olive oil. Put also the salmon strips and pour wine.
Once the wine has evaporated, add the cooking cream. Match the taste of salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the pomegranate grains and the pasta cooked and drained separately.

2. Fusilli with hazelnuts
The ingredients are:

  • 400 g fusilli,
  • 250 g hazelnuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • salt

Put the pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Flip them in a colander and leave them to drain.
Separately, melt the butter. Add the ground hazelnuts and mix vigorously. Put in the drained pasta. Cook no more than two minutes. Finally, sprinkle them with a little olive oil and sliced garlic.

3. Fettucinne with ricotta sauce and pistachios
The ingredients are:

  • 400 g fettuccine
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g gorgonzola
  • 5 tablespoons of cream,
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 g pistachios
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 100 g smoked salmon (optional)
  • dill
  • salt

Put the pasta in boiling salted water and with two bay leaves.
Separately, melt the butter and add chopped pistachios, ricotta and gorgonzola. Stir vigorously until you get a consistent sauce.
In another pan, mix cream with grated cheese. Pour the hot milk and let it boil a few times. Adds to cheese and pistachio sauce and drained pasta.
For a special taste, added to the final few strips of smoked salmon and chopped dill.
