Vegetable or essential oils can be used for aromatherapy  to treat various diseases or for skin care. Of the many existing oils, we chose some, true wonders of nature. Follow our advice and use it with confidence!

Coconut oil
It contains healthy fats that bring a lot of benefits to the whole organism, improving the metabolism and the immune system to ensure the smooth functioning of the heart and thyroid. When applied to the skin immediately after bathing, deeply moisturizes, restoring elasticity and smoothness. Also the coconut oil is an exceptional choice for baby skin care. It has an ethereal odor and is helpful especially when the little suffering from atopic dermatitis.

Castor oil
It has the power to get rid of constipation, headaches, gastrointestinal problems, candida or menstrual irregularities. Used externally, it moisturizes the dry skin, treats acne and prevents the appearance of stretch marks and wrinkles. Caution: not to be used by pregnant women, there is a high risk of premature birth.

Almond oil
Applied to face in winter, provides special protection against cold and wind. If your hair is dull and split, massage the scalp with almond oil, leave it to act for ten minutes, then remove it with ordinary shampoo. Revitalizes the hair and gives it shine. Tip: completely harmless, almond oil can be used to massage pregnant tummy, breasts and thighs, the hottest areas at risk of stretch marks.

Sea buckthorn oil
It can be taken internally to prevent atherosclerosis or heart disorders, but also to protect you against infections. In external use, sea buckthorn oil softens and moisturizes skin, scars wounds and prevents wrinkles. Tip: do you want to have healthy and strong nails? Heat a tablespoon of sea buckthorn oil as can be borne by the skin, then sink your fingers into it five minutes. Repeat every day for two weeks.
