Your hair can regain its radiance, if you apply once a week a repairing mask prepared from a banana, two tablespoons of yogurt, two tablespoons wheat germ oil, 1/4 teaspoon lecithin, 1/8 teaspoon of honey bees, two teaspoons of condensed milk, three drops of essential oil of ylang-ylang. The mixture is applied on the washed hair and leave for an hour to work, then rinse with water.

Treatment for silky hands
Avoid dehydration by applying a nourishing cream hands every time you wash your hands. Also exfoliate your skin once or twice a week, focusing on cuticles. In the evening, before bedtime, you can massage your hands with olive oil. Put a pair of cotton gloves until morning.

If you want to get rid of the cracked heels, apply a special moisturizing cream every night before bed and once a week exfoliate your skin and apply the pulp from a crushed banana on the affected areas. Wait for 10 minutes and then remove with warm water.

Without proper hydration, the skin becomes rough, irritated and blistered. To avoid this, it requires intense hydration. In the morning, after showering, anoint your body with nutritious oil or body milk. Repeat in the evening before bedtime.

You can prevent cracking of lips if you apply a lip balm whenever you feel your lips are dry. Also avoid moisten your lips and if you use lipstick, choose one that moisturizes. For soft and smooth lips, apply in the evening before bedtime, a thin layer of honey.

Think about the advantages that a warm bath has on your body and mind, refreshing your skin and your state of mind. Use a fragrant shower gel and massage your body with an exfoliating product, focusing on elbows and knees.

Special care for skin
To avoid damage from cold (redness, dark circles), give yourself 10 minutes every morning for your skin to regain its shine. Clean your face well and then apply a moisturizing mask and end with a cream rich in antioxidants, which apply in circular movements to stimulate circulation.
