The cucumber diet, a quick and effective solution

Here is a menu for 5 days with cucumber diet. You can choose to start Monday and Wednesday or can you conclude from Monday to Sunday including alternating suggested menus.

Monday
Breakfast: a salad of cucumber, a slice wholemeal toast with jam and a cup of tea without sugar.
Lunch: 200 grams of chicken breast cooked / fried and cucumber salad.
Snack: an apple, a banana or a pear.
Dinner: cucumber salad with a little olive oil and lemon juice and a boiled egg.

Tuesday
Breakfast: a sliced cucumber with salt and pepper, a slice of black bread / toasted with jam and a cup of tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch: a boiled egg, cucumber salad with dill, green onion, olive oil and lemon juice and 100 grams of cooked poultry meat.
Snack: an apple, a banana or a pear.
Dinner: salad of cucumber and a small slice of black bread toasted.

Wednesday
Breakfast: a slice of black bread, 100 grams of yogurt mixed with cucumber, dill, lemon juice.
Lunch: 3 slices of black bread / salad of cucumber and a full, cheese, sour cream, green onions, dill.
Snack: an apple, a banana or a pear.
Dinner: 300 grams of baked potatoes with vegetables and a simple cucumber salad.

Thursday
Breakfast: a slice of toast with a cucumber and a little yogurt mixed with muesli and fruit.
Lunch: 200 grams of chicken breast cooked / fried, baked potato and cucumber salad with lemon juice.
Snack: a chopped cucumber mixed with cottage cheese and dill.
Dinner: Baked potato salad, cucumber, cheese, sour cream, green onions and dill.

Friday
Breakfast: two cucumbers and two slices of toast;
Lunch: salad of chicken breast cooked / fried, cheese, cucumber, carrot, radish and lemon juice.
Snack: a cucumber.
Dinner: a salad of cottage cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, olive oil, salt and lemon juice.

If any of the days you get hungry after dinner taken at 19:00, you can eat half a cucumber, then you need to drink some water.
